Arguing that satellite reconnaissance was key to shaping the course of the Cold War, the book documents breakthroughs in intelligence gathering and achievements in space technology that rival the landing on the moon.
Instructors are still better off with their own notes. Very excited about the new edition at first only to be continually disappointed. Reorganized discussion on curvilinear coordinates and space curves very well.
The cons:
- Death by vectors. Secondly, lucky people tend to work on their judgment (a hunching skill) which improves their odds of making good judgments as they encounter opportunities. You could skip the first half of the book that addresses the various theories of luck and still get the real value of the author's thoughts.
The second half of the book entitled "The Quest" contains the author's five critical points and it is this half that you must read. I tried very hard to like this book. Wish the author had taken more time and care and worked more slowly with a greater attention to detail in this edition.. -30-. She dabbles in print making, art openings, purchases for hotelsa real melange of art world experiences!. Death by typos. The essay styl
