The lively, provocative visual history of the way men dress in our time--now available in paperback. With wit and perception, the authors have examined 12 social roles adopted by men, tracing the fashions and fashion leaders that helped to shape them. 375 illustrations.
The author's speculations were at times annoying.
But what I disliked the most about this book was
it incomplete summary of the folks involved.
The author wrote a good deal about the two
stranded survivors. These classifications predict flowmeter behaviors under different operating conditions, which is important for troubleshooting. Both had been married and both have children. He expressly states that he does not try to judge these efforts (randomness, psychic, synchronicity, etc.). This was an incredibly intense read both mentally and physically and I'm literally exhausted after reading it. Two points of view, no misunderstadings on how anyone felt. You could skip the first half of the book that addresses the various theories of luck and still get the real value of the author's thoughts.
The second half of the book entitled "The Quest" contains the author's five critical points and it is this half that you must read. As we read on however we see the tru
