Recognized at the age of two as the reincarnation of the Thirteenth Dalai Lama, Tenzin Gyatso was brought to Lhasa, the capital of Tibet, and enthroned two years later as the fourteenth Dalai Lama. In 1959, following the Chinese suppression of the Tibetan national uprising, he was forced to seek asylum in India. As Tibet's leader-in-exile, he has worked tirelessly not only on behalf of the Tibetan people but as a voice for human rights worldwide. Awarded the Nobel Peace Prize in 1989, His Holiness is today universally acknowledged as one of the world's preeminent spiritual leaders.
Buck was
a great writer. So, beware of buying this book if you expect a full representation of the R&B Hits.. Highly recommend it.. But they need to be recognized as that--theories and guesswork from the author's imagination. Also, you cannot really identify best practices unless you measure the results and connect the results back to some practices that some do that others do not. Could use an elevation scale of locations within the park for those of us learning it from afar before visiting. It also analyzes each segment of the nonprofit sector and brings out some key data and observations about each one. Well-organized book. Her list is a gift to you, the reader, another kindness passed along through means of a loss, a way of finding redemption, of a sort, for a sister lost but not forgotten. He and Kate have chemistry together.
