William J. Baumol received his B.S.S. at the College of the City of New York and his Ph.D. at the University of London. He is professor of economics at New York University and senior research economist and professor emeritus at Princeton University. He is a frequent management consultant to major firms in a wide variety of industries in the United States and other countries as well as to a number of governmental agencies. He has been president of the American Economic Association, and three other professional societies. He is an elected member of the National Academy of Sciences, created by the U.S. Congress, and a member of the American Philosophical Society, founded by Benjamin Franklin. Dr. Baumol is the author of more than 35 books as well as hundreds of journal and newspaper articles that have been translated into more than a dozen languages.

I haven't read a novel straight through in a long time, but this one kept me captivated from beginning to end. It was great reading to help with my printer and to get the best out of it. Before overstating this, however, it's more likely that Cardigan matched their conception of a Colonel than earned their love.
Indeed, David often seems overeager to balance the ledger. He's extremely close to her (and his ex-wife) and he's not happy being away from her for so long. So it wasn't much of a shock when he reveals himself. There are good, solid examples of ways to handle your grief, not be crushed forever by it. All in all, I am very satisfied.
Oh, and the order went smoothly and delivery was quick; also, the book was in top
condition! Thanks for the good all.around service. There was no room in this book for "Brightest and Best of the Sons of the Morning," "Let All Things Now Living," "In the Bleak Midwinter," "All Things Bright and Beautiful," or "O Little Town
