Very well written.. Some of the factual errors in the first edition have been removed. Elisa's life story is also part of the book and provides context about her struggles and how she sustained through bad times. I was also surprised to learn the "nuts and bolts" of franchising as an ever-increasing number of people pursue the American Dream which, in essence, combines both the excitement and the terror of entrepreneurship.
